Audrey Phelan
Audrey studied at the College of Music and Trinity College, Dublin and later with Christopher Elton in London. She completed studies under Yuri Batuyev at the Moscow Conservatoire. She has won many awards including numerous Feis Ceoil first prizes, the piano final of the RTE Young Musician of the Future (1990), and was a finalist in the Yamaha Music Foundation of Europe. She has given solo recitals in Dublin (National Concert Hall), Southport, and Moscow. She completed the Diploma in Arts Administration at UCD and taught piano at the College of Music. Audrey first performed Dances with Intent with CoisCéim at the Galway Arts Festival.
