Anne Byrne
Anne Byrne is a founder member of Rough Magic Theatre Company, for which she has performed in over forty shows. Favourite roles with this company include Marjorie in THE COUNTRY WIFE; Susie Monican in THE SILVER TASSIE; Vittoria in THE WHITE DEVIL; Lillian Hellman in I CAN'T GET STARTED; Joyce/Isabella Bird in TOP GIRLS; Pax in THE DOGS and Lemon in AUNT DAN AND LEMON for which she received a Harveys Best Actress nomination. She has worked at the Abbey, the Peacock, the Gate, the Gaiety, and Druid and performed in London, Glasglow, Edinburgh, and New York. She performed with Out of Joint Theatre Company at the Sydney and Adelaide theatre festivals in THE STEWARD OF CHRISTENDOM. She also played Carol in GLENROE.
