Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council views the arts as an important service that contributes to the quality of life for those who live in, work in and visit the County. We are extremely proud of our reputation as a supportive home for the arts, since 1994 the Council’s Arts Office has commissioned and produced an exciting range of festivals, exhibitions, artist residencies, schools projects, arts and health initiatives and public art programmes in order to grow and sustain local arts development.
