Synopsis:
HIT AND RUN takes a look at the flip side of people’s lives by lifting the smokescreen of outward calm of day to day activity and revealing the faces that undermine this stability. The audience is taken into a twilight zone where power, corruption and violence are the forces that determine survival. The insidious influence of gangland rule that festers beneath an underbelly of respectability. In HIT AND RUN, CoisCéim invades this zone as an undercover agent and flips open the Pandora's box.
Re-written for film: CoisCéim / Rough Magic Co-Production, 2001
