CHOREOGRPHIC MANOEUVRES- Wendy Hesketh and Wendy Houstoun in March 2005
CoisCéim will host a visit from Wendy Hesketh and Wendy Houstoun in Dublin this March. Both women are UK choreographers and the final two to participate in the current series of Choreographic Manoeuvres in collaboration with the British Council.
These choreographers through workshops and video presentations will engage with Irish dance practioners and physical performers. Promoters and the public are also invited to attend the talks and video presentations by these dynamic artists.

Wendy Hesketh
A graduate of London Contemporary Dance School with more than 24 years of dance experience, Wendy Hesketh founded Wired Aerial Theatre and now creates aerial dance theatre as well as large-scale, site specific aerial performances.

Wendy Houstoun
A London based artist, Wendy Houstoun is committed to experimental movement and theatre work. Her own solo pieces have toured extensively in Europe, USA and Australia. She was a recent winner of the Jerwood Award.
