CoisCéim Dance Theatre hosts a celebration of dance for older people as part of Bealtaine 2007
TOO YOUNG TO BE OLD is for anyone aged 50+ who wants to stay active and agile, creative and fit. Find out about staying healthy and maintaining a good diet. Take part in a dance exercise class, learn how choreography is created and meet fellow dancing partners!

- Short dance films - a series of films featuring older people: The Elders director Lisa May Thomas, and The Table Project choreographer Bill T. Jones.

- CoisCéim Talks - the making of The Ryder Cup Opening Ceremony. Dance as Spectacle. Come and find out about choreography on a grand scale with choreographer Muirne Bloomer.

- The feel good factor - learn about health and well being and the importance of staying physically active day to day.

Refreshments will be served. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and flat rubber soled shoes.
